@ rachel - i'll have to check that out.and thanks everyone for the compliments on the kale. I've got 5 plants that bring in at least 3-4 bunches per week. I just keep picking off the outer leaves. I think it's some kind of bionic kale.

toss with a touch of olive oil and salt. bake at 300 for 15 or so minutes. check frequently so you don't burn it.
